On the plant

  • Continuous use of chemical fertilizers, especially nitrogenous ones, leads to the transformation of leaves into yellow or brown, which leads to plant damage and reduces crop yield. This phenomenon is called chemical leaf burn, which may lead to plant death.
  • Continuous use of chemical fertilizers in the soil depletes the nutrients in it, so the food produced in this way contains less vitamins and minerals and less flavor.
  • It leads to a condition called the defective ring where use accelerates growth temporarily and then weakens, leading to repeated use.
